WHO WE ARE
Schedulers with practical construction experience
We are a team of expert schedulers with over 10 years experience within the construction industry. We are engineers with extensive field experience on Australian building sites, having previously worked as Project Managers for reputable builders.
As such we also have a deep and practical knowledge of construction methods, the running of sites and associated challenges. We don't simply put together nice-looking Gantt charts, we also understand the physical works they mean to depict and thus we can help ensuring your programme and methodology are both coherent and practical.
We have produced dozens of construction schedules over the years for projects of all sizes and all budgets. Our preferred software applications are Microsoft Project and Asta Powerproject, however please don't hesitate to enquire about other scheduling tools.
